Perfect for basics

They kept our luggage as we arrived early. Check-in/check-out was quick and easy. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The only strange thing was the light in the room, it kept switching on and off but was not that bad

Good value Hotel

Good value for money. Also, the location is perfect as it is close to the city centre.

Unfortunately, the bed is quite worn and you can even feel the springs. We had a lot of issues with electricity. Not sure if it was the hotel or regular power outages in the vicinity.

Very basic lodging

Spacious room - good (hot) shower - Cheap eat just outside of the property - Convenient stores/ laundry just around the corner

No provision of drinking water - No kitchenette facility - Occasional party noise in the neighbourhood until late into night - ~10mins walk from ADO bus terminal - Construction is ongoing next door and starts daily around 8am to 5pm(?) - Electricity supply is not stable

Very Good

I loved the location. Very close to downtown. You can go and eat, party or simply walk in the central area of Tulum. Awesome location, and comfortable rooms.

I need to talk about MARTIN: An old guy in the front desk who was Extremely Rude with us. He did not even greet us when we arrived. He was very rude and impolite. Also, when we were checking out, we asked to leave our luggage at the hotel, he refused and say: NO! The only way he agreed to keep our luggage was receiving a payment in cash that I assume it wasn't for the hotel, that money was for him. That was incredibly unexpected and, please! If you guys read this! You should consider this guy to be the first person you meet in the hotel. On the other side. Michael, was a young boy, he was very attentive and polite. Please share this information with them!

Great for a quick flythrough in Tulum

The bed was super comfortable. Air conditioner was quiet and we could adjust to the perfect temperature. It is close to lots of food places, live music and the main drag on Av Tulum.

The court yard and little used patio area seemed rather neglected.

Good location, great taco stands on the street outside! Cheap and basic rooms.

The rooms are massive but with very little furniture. Some bedside tables and bedside lights would be a good addition.
